We accept credit cards (all major brands), PIX and bank slip (boleto). Payments made via PIX or boleto receive a 3% discount.
2. Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Installments are available for credit card purchases, subject to the interest rates charged by the card issuer.
3. What payment method is available for international orders?
For international purchases, we only accept credit card payments, in a single installment.

4. What is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. The exact timeframe will be shown at checkout once you enter your ZIP/postal code.
5. Do you ship all over Brazil?
Yes, we deliver throughout Brazil and worldwide.
6. Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Orders can be picked up at our stores located in São Paulo/SP and São José dos Campos/SP.
7. How does international shipping work?
International shipping is not calculated automatically. After your purchase, we will contact you with the shipping cost, which must be paid separately. We recommend contacting us before placing your order to get an estimate and avoid surprises on the final amount.

8. Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes! You can request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn and in perfect condition. We recommend checking our Size Guide before purchasing.
9. How do returns work?
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 7 calendar days of receiving it. Please contact our team through the Contact Form.
10. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For the first exchange, we cover both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.
